Hi there. Let me introduce you to us. We are a couple living in Ghent, Belgium, called Larisa and Benjamin. We are also a bit crazy as we have planned this big trip from Ghent to Magadan, which is in eastern Siberia.

My wife is Larisa Gnut, aka Lora, she is Ukrainian and speaks Russian fluently. She has just quit her job in Ghent with Honda where she has worked as a supply chain analyst.

The narrator here is Benjamin Rawoens, or Ben for friends. I am an IT consultant specialised in java application servers like weblogic or websphere. As I work as a contractor, the work planning was a bit easier for me. Not! 🙂

We both have a little son, Erik, who is now with babuchka, his aunts and much more family in Donetsk. I believe he already has a few girlfriends over there. It looks like he is happy there, but we miss him. We will see our beloved one again in 10 days or so.
